Shipping
Regular periods: Orders placed before 10am Qld time AEST (excludes weekends + public holidays) will be despatched the same day. Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled - please triple check your delivery address at checkout. Signature is required on delivery due to higher value items, please opt for delivery to a workplace or a Free Parcel Locker if you won't be home to receive and want to avoid picking up from a Post Office.
Peak periods/sales promotions/launches: During peak sale periods or after a launch or promotion, however, your order despatch may take a little longer. It's then up to Australia Post! Their transit times in Australia are generally 2-6 business days for Standard Post and 1-2 business days for Express Post, however this can vary - we suggest reviewing their website for the most up-to-date tunaround times. Please check the Australia Post site for international delivery estimates.
Shipping duration: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak sales periods, due to extreme weather, or due to other Australia Post delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Bon Maxie’s reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Brisbane, Queensland and so we follow any Queensland public holidays. Please view the Australia Post website for current delivery estimates. We reserve the right to utilise other delivery partners for bulkier order deliveries like those including multiple coat hanger boxes due to the limitations that Australia Post has on delivery weights and sizes.

Express Post
Selecting express post at checkout provides you with Australia Post Express Post (or equivalent) service, not a shortened despatch time/queue jump. Order despatches will occur in the order received and express post will not speed up order processing time.

A flat rate of NZD$15 applies to all New Zealand orders.
Free Express Shipping to the United States for orders over $150 USD. Otherwise, a $15 USD flat rate applies for standard shipping.
Based on weight of order and country, calculated at checkout. We currently list rates up to 2kg, please email support@bonmaxie.com if you have an order that isn't showing rates as we may be able to quote a more cost-effective option using a different provider. Import taxes and duties are not covered in the price of your order. Some countries require payment of import taxes and duties to release the goods into your country. You will be contacted by your local postal service if import taxes are to be paid and will be directed to where you can make payment. Once payment has been made, your item will be delivered. Please check your country’s import taxes and duties prior to placing your order - tax and duty calculators are available on the Internet. Bon Maxie cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred.

Gift Cards
We supply electronic gift cards only, which will be sent instantly to your nominated email address. Any gift card values purchased alongside physical products are not be included towards free shipping thresholds.

Tracking
If you selected tracked shipping, you will receive an email with trackable Aus Post info - please check your junk mail! If you wish for your item to be sent via tracked and/or express post, please select the tracked and/or express option at checkout. Bon Maxie will not be held responsible for any lost items in the mail.
Delivery with Signature
We require signatures upon delivery. This system is in place to ensure your order ends up safely in your hands and to avoid orders being weather damaged, left in an unsafe location or stolen (yup, all 3 has happened in the past). Please allocate a postal address that will have a recipient during business hours to sign for your item (work or family) or direct it to a local parcel locker (available FREE through Australia Post) where you can pick up the item when convenient.

Parcel Protection

Delivery Times
Australia Post and international post carriers are responsible for your purchase's transit so once your order has been despatched, it is out of our control. If you would like to check the status of your order, please check your tracking details sent to you and contact the carrier directly.
Pre-Order Deliveries
Placement of pre-orders is confirmation that you have read and understood the following:
- Pre-order items mean you're ordering an item not yet in stock.
- Depending on the product, lead times before despatch can be around 8-10 weeks from time of order.
- Your order will then be despatched by our warehouse and regular Aus Post delivery times will apply.
- Any items ordered alongside a preorder item will not be despatched until the final item has arrived in our warehouse. If you would like other items earlier, please place a separate order.
- We cannot accept any changes or cancellations to your order once you have placed it due to stock commitments with our manufacturer.
- Please check your address carefully.
- We cannot be held responsible for any stock delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances or Aus Post outages, but rest assured, we'll be hustling our hardest to get your items to you ASAP and will keep you updated with any changes.

Postal Addresses
It is your responsibility to check your postal address at the time of the order. Bon Maxie is not liable for purchases returned to us due to incorrect addresses. Re-directing post will occur at the customer's expense as our warehouse has to resend through the system.

International Orders + Duties/Taxes
Orders are sent via regular mail with Australia Post (some basic tracking for US/NZ unless stated at checkout) - check estimated delivery times on the Australia Post website. Duties & taxes may be payable when your order arrives into your country, if your purchase is over the tax-free threshold. In some cases, our products may be within the threshold, however we advise you check your local customs office to determine whether your order might incur any additional additional charges upon entry into your country before you place your order if you are unsure.
